Talentpay takes the security of its systems and your data seriously. To this end we implement Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) as an option for users', we strongly advise that it is activated on all user accounts.
Having 2FA enabled means that when logging into Talentpay the user is asked to provide a verification code after entering their username and password. This code is generated from the user's Android, iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad device using the Google Authenticator app. This additional verification step provides an extra layer of security to your account. To enable 2FA on your account please follow the guide below.
Step 1 - Install 'Google Authenticator' onto your Android, iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad device by selecting one of the following links below. Click the image to be taken to the link.

Step 2 - Once installed, log in to your Talentpay account and click the 'PROFILE' icon and then select 'Setup verification' from the menu. See image below.
Step 3 - In the 'SETUP VERIFICATION' pop-up window click the 'GENERATE BARCODE' button. See the example image below.
Step 4 - Open the Google Authenticator app and scan the displayed QR code. See sample image below.
Step 5 - A 6-digit code will appear in your Google Authenticator app, enter this code into the 'Authentication Code' field below, then enter your Talentpay Username and Password and click the 'ACTIVATE' button. See image below.
Please Note: After activating 2FA, you will be required to enter the 6 digit code generated by your Authenticator app every time you log in to the system.
