At Talentpay, we take the security of our systems and your data seriously. As part of our commitment to protecting your account, we offer Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and strongly recommend enabling it on all user accounts. 


When 2FA is enabled, you'll be required to enter a verification code generated by the Google Authenticator app on your Android or iOS device, after entering your username and password. This additional step significantly enhances your account's security by providing an extra layer of protection. 


To activate Two-Factor Authentication on your account, please follow the steps below: 


  1. Install 'Google Authenticator' onto your Android or iOS device.

  2. Once installed, login to your Talentpay account and click the 'Profile' icon and then select 'Setup verification' from the menu.




  3.  In the 'Setup verification' pop-up window click the 'Generate Barcode' button.


  4. Open the Google Authenticator app and scan the displayed QR code.



  5. A 6-digit code will appear in your Google Authenticator app, enter this code into the 'Authentication Code' field, then enter your Talentpay Username and Password and click the 'Activate' button.


After activating 2FA, you will be required to enter the 6 digit code generated by your Authenticator app every time you login to the system.
