Once your Talentpay account has been set up, you’ll receive an email with instructions to activate it.
How to Activate:
- Open the email and click the blue "Activate Account" button.
- Create a password that includes:
- At least 8 characters
- One lowercase letter
- One uppercase letter
- One number
- One special character (e.g. ! * $ # & ~)
- Click "Activate" to finish.
You’ll then get a confirmation email with your Talentpay username and a link to log in.

Tip: After logging in, use your Talentpay Dashboard to quickly see what needs your attention, such as contracts to sign, or profile updates.
Haven’t received your activation email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact our support team at support@talentpay.com and we’ll resend it.
Activation link issues?
The link expires after a set time and can only be used once. If you see an error message, contact support@talentpay.com for help.
