How to Activate My Talentpay User Account?

To activate your account, you will need to first have been set up as a user in Talentpay. Once you have been set up we will send you an email to activate your Talentpay account.  


To activate your Talentpay account please follow the steps below:  


  1. In the Talentpay Account Activation email there is a blue button labelled ''Activate Account'', click this button.  

     

  2. You will be taken to a unique webpage that will ask you to "Create a Password'' for your Talentpay account. Your password must be at least 8 characters and contain at least one of each of the following. 

    • A lowercase character 
    • An uppercase character 
    • A number 
    • A special character (e.g. ! * $ # & ~)

  3. Once you have entered a password that fits the criteria you can click ''Activate''  

     

  4. Upon successfully activating your account you will receive an email which contains your unique Talentpay username and a link to the Talentpay login portal.
