The Talent Profile is how we collect the details required to process payments for the work. If you are managing your Talents profile's then it is essential that a Talent's profile is updated with relevant information as soon as possible after the work is completed. Please always check the details entered in a Talent's profile to make sure the information is correct. To update a Talent's profile please see the guide below. 



Step 1 - Log into your Talentpay account and click the 'Talent' icon. See image below.




Step 2 - In the 'TALENT MANAGER' window you can search for the Talent's name in the 'Search all fields' and click enter on your keyboard. See image below. 



Step 3 - When you have found the Talent's name in the search results, click the 3 vertical dots to the right of the result. See image below



Step 4 - Select 'Edit' in the menu that appears to open the Talent's profile. See image below.



Step 5 - The 'PROFILE' window will pop-out, you will need to input the Talent's required data into the Talent's profile 'Personal' and 'Financial' tabs. See image below.

  • Personal - The Talent's contact & emergency contact details.
  • Financial - The Talent's payroll details, including tax and Super - IMPORTANT - leave the 'Personal bank details' blank if you do want the Talent to be paid directly from Talentpay.
  • Additional 
  • Account - The Talent's username and password for Talentpay, and profile image.
  • Jobs - A list of the Talent's contracts processed through Talentpay.
  • Change History - An audit history of changes made to the Talent's profile.




Step 6 - Enter the Talent's required data into the relevant fields in each of the relevant tabs, make sure to click the 'SAVE PROFILE' button to the top left frequently to avoid losing any data entered. See image below.
