To retrieve signed contracts as an Agency Producer, please follow the steps below:  



  1. Log into your Talentpay account and click the ''Jobs'' icon on the dashboard. 

     


  2. Use the search bar to find the job you're looking for. You can search for one or more of the following:

     

  3. Once you have found the job in the search results, click the ''Contracts'' button.

     


From here you have the option to download individual contracts for each talent, or download all contracts associated with the job for ''Leads'' or ''Extras''.

To Download Individual Talent Contracts:  


  1. Under the ''Leads'' or ''Extras'' tab, find the name of the talent whose contract you wish to download. 

  2. Next to the talent's contract, click the three horizontal lines, to open the contract menu. Select ''View'' to preview the contract or ''Download'' to download the contract as a PDF.  

     



To Download All contracts for either Leads or Extras associated with a job: 


  1.  At the top-right of the 'Leads' or 'Extras' tab, click the ''Download All'' button 

  2. This will download a .zip file containing all the contracts directly to your computer.
