Talentpay Dashboard

Modified on Fri, 21 Nov at 8:25 AM

The Dashboard is your central hub for managing tasks that require attention. It is the first screen you see after logging in, providing immediate visibility of pending actions. You can return to the dashboard anytime by clicking the Dashboard icon in the main navigation panel.

Dashboard Widgets

The dashboard contains widgets that summarise tasks or items requiring your attention. These widgets provide quick access to relevant management screens.

  • Critical tasks are highlighted when they exist.
  • If no action is required, widgets display messages like “No Action Required” or “All profiles are complete.”
  • Widgets remain clickable even when no pending actions exist, allowing you to access associated screens anytime.

Widgets Overview

Here’s what each widget does:

Contracts
Displays the number of contracts requiring signing or approval. Clicking this widget opens the Contracts window. You can also access this via the Contracts button in the navigation bar.

Costs / Talent Payments / Payments
Shows pending approvals for costs or payments. Clicking the widget opens the Approval screen with filters pre-selected for pending items. This is the same screen accessed via the Costs or Payments button in the navigation bar.

Usage Renewals (Agency only)
Expired Usages: Lists usages that have expired and need renewal status updates.
Expiring in 7 Days: Shows usages expiring soon. Clicking opens the relevant tab in Usage Rights Management.

Talent Profile / My Profile
Highlights missing personal or financial details. Clicking opens the profile for updates. When complete, the widget displays “All profiles are complete” or a Last Updated date.
