Where to find the Media and Documents Library on a Job? (Agency only)

If you are a client/agency in Talentpay, then you can access our Media and Documents library on a Job. Here, you can upload or download supporting documents and media files that relate to the Job. 


To access the media or documents library, please follow the steps below:  

  1. Log in to Talentpay.
  2. Click the Jobs icon.
  3. Search for the Job by entering its details.
  4. Open the media library via the "Media" button.
  5. Open the document library via the "Documents" button.



Note: You can also access a library by going to the Job’s summary and selecting to the relevant icon at the top of the window. See image below.



Upload

  1. Open the Media or Document library.
  2. Click the “New Media” / “New Document” button.
  3. Select the file to upload.
  4. Scroll and click “Save.”


Download

  1. Open the Media or Document Library.
  2. For files, hover over the icon's bottom and click “Download”.
  3. For folders, click the name and choose “Download”.


To download multiple files, check each box, then click “Download” at the top.


Move

  1. Open the Media or Document Library.
  2. To move files, hover over the icon's bottom and click "Move".
  3. To move folders, click the folder name and select "Move".
  4. Choose a folder from the dropdown.
  5. Click "Apply" to move the item.


To move multiple files, select their checkboxes, then click "Move" at the top.


Delete

To remove content from these libraries, contact our team for assistance.
